locations only. We do not provide international shipping at this time.

IMPORTANT: We ship orders ONLY on TUESDAY of each week. If anything is ordered after MONDAY of the shipping week it will be HELD to the NEXT week for shipment. All orders are shipped via FED EX 2DAY AIR, insured. YOU MUST include a PHONE NUMBER and a PHYSICAL ADDRESS .......NO P.O. BOX numbers as FED EX does not ship to such addresses.
If there is a problem with your shipment, please call us at 808-573-1130 within 48 hours of receipt.
No expressed or implied warranties are made to the productivity of any plant sold in this listing or any other offering. Ha'iku Maui Orchids, Inc. shall be responsible only for the purchase price of each plant sold.
We would be happy to arrange special orders for the plants you see in our Web site when they are available in different sizes at an additional cost. Please contact us directly for these requests. We will inform you of additional item and shipping costs at the time of your call.
Our monthly specials are usually plants that are 'In Spike' at the time that we ship them. While we make every effort to ensure that our plants arrive in the best possible condition, we cannot guarantee that the bud or spike of these plants will be in the same condition when they arrive to you that they were when we shipped them. In rare instances, plant buds or spikes may be affected during the shipping process. Please allow for that possibility. We appreciate your understanding.
If an item you order through our online store should happen to be unavailable at the time of your request, a representative of Ha'iku Maui Orchids will contact you regarding substitutions or similar items.
